Blogging, Blogging, Blogging

In today’s fast-paced society where there are  1.5 million blogs created by 7am and it takes the average blogger over 9 hours to make a 3000+ word blog, we are bombarded with the how to, must do and have to, information that other bloggers and companies are using to add an extra sideline and income to their own blogs.

With all this extra information I am left wondering if all the people who write to tell a story, express their feelings, for financial supplementation and/or just cause they like to write, need to be paying a minimum fee of $269 to different site to achieve what they want out of what they do???.

I have now been blogging for 18 months and after 12 months had reached 20 followers ( thanks guys you made me feel awesome) I write this blog about whatever I am doing because I enjoy putting down my thoughts onto paper (so to speak). With the encouragement of gaining 20 followers on my little WordPress site, I decided to start a YouTube channel in November last year, this has been a whole new learning curve and my original thinking was that I would bring something different to the yoga scene with my passion and hippy loving style!!!.

This was short-lived when I discovered the BoHo Beautiful site and realized that I enjoyed yoga as a part of my life, not as a business opportunity… Now realizing this I did research and found a number of pump your follower’s sites and thought for a bit about doing this, I also checked out a lot of how to YouTube video and blog professionally. I never did pump my followers because as I have always said to Stuart ( hubby ) that if I need to do this I would be giving into ego which just ain’t ME.

It came to my attention that all these HOW TO sites really don’t teach you anything, in fact, they are just gaining revenue on our vulnerabilities about what we do and why….. Why is it that we NEED to follow all these sites information ( at a substantial fee ) when what we do is just fine in fact, what YOU do is AMAZING and you should never doubt that.

I have read blogs by quite a few other creators on both WordPress and Patreon and they have gained followers and support through years of hard work and dedication to what they believe in… This is what I believe is the key to success, not shelling out what little money we have to find some magic recipe to greatness…( wouldn’t everyone be on the top if all these quick fix sites worked, wouldn’t it defeat the purpose of aspiration if we got there without any hard work!?).

I know that BoHo Beautiful has been creating on YouTube for 6 years now and has over 800000+ subscribers, she adds monthly and used to be a gymnast of some fame, she is also VERY, VERY dedicated to what she does. Another one that I follow has been blogging for 7 years and you-tubing for 5 and she now has 30000+ subscribers. This shows me that both work hard and are dedicated to what they do and success has started to come, they didn’t jump on random site and shell out cash to get help, in fact, they worked hard with their prospective partners and plodded away with fame and fortune out of site but enjoyment of their craft and creative inspiration as their driving force.

Over the last 18 months I have learnt a lot from my patreon friends and gained confidence from the people who follow my blog and YouTube channel ( I am NOT a natural writer, OMG, did you not know that),  I enjoy what I do and love that others enjoy what I write about and reading about the unique lifestyle we lead.

I have an amazing life (not perfect but, AWESOME ANYWAY), fabulous family and an awesome hobby that I do with the Yoga Hippies crew, I intend to keep Vlogging along on YouTube every Tuesday,  ,blogging on here twice a week (Tuesday & Friday), and travelling around, homeschooling and living life to the full as that’s who I am and who I intend to keep being…….

❤️ follow your heart, let the universe guide your words, it will always keep you inspired
