Good Vibes & Yoga Lines
Have you ever wondered if you should just relax and enjoy the good vibes of your yoga practice instead of trying your hardest to get those perfect lines of the yoga teacher up there at the top of the class…..????
Well people I am here to tell you right now that you need to relax and enjoy your own personal yoga lines that you create instead of trying to achieve more then what your body, mind and spirit is ready for.
In fact next time you do and online yoga class like the ones on our Yoga Hippies Lifestyle Channel or any other online or in house yoga session you choose to visit try to flow with your breathe and embrace the good vibes of the place you are in right now. You will find by changing your mindset and embracing this way of thinking you will enjoy going to or doing yoga daily instead of once a week/month/year like you do now.
Did you know that even yoga teachers become a little sensitive about their form when around far more bendy/Flexi versions and can feel inadequate??? Well we do and then we put into practice the teaching that we received like I did from Carrie-Anne Fields of My Health Yoga where we have to put our ego aside and realise that we are “exactly where we need to be right now”
I was taught by My Health yoga a fair while ago now and did the level 1-2 and Yin yoga teacher training through Carrie-Anne’s studio and found the profound wisdom of allowing your self to embrace and surrender to who you really are and accept who you are is more important than how bendy you are.
With all this information I have been able to embrace my true self and allow my self to enjoy the good vibes of my yoga practice and have found that over time and with practice the yoga lines have followed. I am still no pretzel and am fully surrendered to the universals decisions and guidance of where my body is and where it needs to be now and in the future.
