Red Tailed black Cockatoo

What can I say, nature is AWESOME. Today I did a practice in some bushland near a property that we are working bees on and I had two dozen of the best visitors ever.
The practice of yoga is usually one of inner strength, peace and flow, it is usually the flow of mind, body and spirit. Today I had this privilege and could not help but feel blessed and awe inspired but these wonderful birds, so large yet so graceful. I received a beautiful tail feather as well as a reminder of their presence.

This feather is up near all the beautiful photos of our children and my wonderful husband. I believe that it sends energy with the simple yet amazing colours that it has.

When your out and doing your personal practice it is always fantastic to find a wonderful space that you can be grounded to Mother Earth, feel her energy and feel her surroundings this deepens the connection that you have in the body, mind and spirit.
